Standardized tests or prepared interviews are getting useless. Thanks to the Internet and commonly available information about hiring process helps to all candidates to pass throw the hiring system even when they haven’t got predispositions for the job. After we find out this sparkle, we can ask him how he could use the experience from his hobbies in a job he applies to. That’s the moment when we will find out his creativity and adaptability. The real talent takes his job as a hobby, so he will behave similarly.
