Demolishing the Superhero in Supervisors!

In an effort to help local supervisors tackle their superhero roles and responsibilities, a  5-module training program for supervisors was enhanced  by adding a  pre-reading and writing assignment as  a part of the registration process.  Participants were engaged prior to the program starting and  the participant’s true needs were captured.
