To create an effective system that will enable a company or an organisation to manage, control and measure company values within the company or an organisation. Most companies have a set of values within their organisation such as Passion, Together, Dedication, Courage and Integrity. Companies do encourage staff members to work together as a team, and to be passion and dedicate to the company and their responsibilities as well as be trustworthy. What is lacking in most organisations is a system that can manage, control and measure the effectiveness of these values.
