A Really Powerful Combination of Business and Education

Oftentimes, two pretty different spheres of human activity may be beneficial and create multiple opportunities. Some of them are so unbelievable that it is almost impossible to understand how they happen. One of such is the case of Serena Roshawn Wilson Moore of Radford.

Being only 18 years old, the girl had great dreams about a career in the banking industry. It is a great rarity when a person so young gets the prestigious job. Nevertheless, the dreams did not last for too long and due to a merger, they were phased out.

However, some people are very inventive, determined and know what they are capable of. The girl used her wits and reached success in business with the help of education. The experts of Madestones were amazed and impressed by the deed of the young girl. She needed a business degree and she started a 24-hour day care center for children, which brought her success and helped to pursue the dreams.

When she was a student, she understood that she adores helping people in all possible ways. The kind heart helped her. The financial package of Moore had a work/study job at the college in its Accountability in Student Learning Program. In addition, Mrs. Moore worked for periods of time in summer camps. These undertakings helped her to find her real calling. According to Moore, she enjoyed all those talks and advising children and students. Afterward, she decided to change her major to education.

She discussed all possible issues with her academic advisor. The main stress was made on the very interesting fact – a person with a business degree will be allowed to teach children all those things that are commonly taught by certificated teachers. The objective had been set and she worked hard on gaining a business degree and took teacher training classes.

Moore received an Associate in Arts and Sciences degree in education in May 2017. There are already three colleges that wish to see her in their teaching stuff in this fall. Mrs. Moore has the whole summer ahead to define her future prerogatives.

There is another amazing thing about Moore. Today, she has a husband and already four children who are aged 12-24. She was able to create a big and happy family during all those years since her 18th birthday. She attended the special training, she worked and studied hard and was able to have such a nice family.

It is worth adding that Mrs. Moore is gifted in music and used to be the director of the adult choir for the lasting period of 30 years. Currently, she is planning to open her care center for children that is supposed to function 24 hours round the clock.

Such incredible combinations of business wits and educational skills are actually encouraging. This makes sense and shows that business should put more trust into education. It is necessary to sustain students so that they received the proper education and could master skills needed to be the good specialists.

Possibly, Jim Swanson, CEO of building company Kitchell Corporation from Arizona understands this. He is confident that education needs a huge feedback from the state. His proposal is very impressive. She suggests using the additional $900 million in the areas of Ducey to sustain educational institutions. Such huge sum is supposed to be spent for the teacher’s salaries, improvements of schools’ infrastructures and maintenance of kinder-gardens. The children care centers are also included.

Such actions are really needed. The educational system of the entire country needs support and proper plans on how to improve the current situation. Thus, businesses throughout the country will achieve great dividends in future as well.
