Me in Three
- I believe in an important role for companies in shaping society and am convinced that becoming societally active rather than responsive will be critical for the ultimate overall performance.
- Successful corporations will be driven by strong DNA - i.e. a consistent set of values - shared throughout the corporation and understood by outside stakeholders.
- I am in the middle of writing a book with the working title "Managament made simple" in which I hope to illustrate that superior management at all levels and within all types of organizations, is built on understanding of many fundamentally simple insights
