Me in Three
- I have developed the Strategy for Execution (SFE) Map for achieving sustained profitable growth. The SFE map consists of four tools Six Sigma Business Scorecard, Six Sigma (I happen to lead its first deployment in 86), Breakthrough Innovation (Brinnovation) framework, and the 4P Model of Process Management.
- I have committed to develop science and engineering of innovation so the innovation becomes a learned skill. I have developed a University level course that I have been teaching for four years. In collaboration with Multi-Science, UK publisher I have founded the International Journal of innovation Science. I enjoy seeing people's creative work.
- I love making people believe that they are creative and innovative. They just need to apply their creativity and innovation when needed. I have taken the task of teaching people a holistic innovation framework that can help them become a better and faster innovator. Education in Innovation is the first step in order for people to become purposeful innovators.
