Me in Three
- As a CEO, I have relieved myself of the burden of being right by harvesting the combined intellectual bandwidth of all the smart people that have chosen to join my company. When I retire next time, I hope knowledge tethering will have become the norm, and corporate alumni will feel more relevant as they enjoy the "good life". It's the best of both worlds when your retired AND still relevant.
- I am not an overachiever! It's just that when people meet me, their expectations are set so low that I appear to exceed their lowest hopes. I'm OK with it.
- I am a disabled veteran with a passion to help other veterans feel, and be relevant. In a knowledge economy, their abilities are more important than their disabilities, and we need to work harder to find them a meaningful career. Feeling and being relevant is measured by them, not us. We need more people to leave the piss and moan bleachers and get in the game. Wanna' play?
