As a lecturer and author, I bring new ideas and to elicit new responses.
I spent many years consulting, lecturing, and publishing on the management of strategic and operational. Then, my emphasis shifted to the management of innovation and the innovation of the management. I published "The Innovative Enterprise - how to transform a traditional organization in an innovative networking enterprise" in 2013 and "Innovate out of Crisis" in 2010.
I observe how people think, how they behave, and how they act. I seek to understand how groups function, how they interact, and I try to understand what works, and what does not, and why.
