- We spend more time working than any other activity, so it damn well should be energizing, and rewarding, and fun. To make it so, I'm unreasonable (per George Bernard Shaw), which has served me well in getting some awesome results (among the many failures).
- Managers come in lots of flavors: visionary, talent developer, profit generator. I focus on developing talent... and the system... as the means to produce the other results.
- I am an obsessive collector quotes, perhaps because they often convey a lot of meaning in just few words. They can educate, amuse, and inspire. Or... it could just be a 'guy thing' with random movie lines.
