I facilitate intensive learning behavior-changing "learning laboratories" for cross-cultural and cross-functional groups of people, and these directly and positively impact business results.
I have learned that a group of people isn't the same as a team, and that leadership isn't the same as management. Leadership and real teams are required to make the necessary, and sometimes painful, changes required in organizations.
Many things seem "impossible" until your competitor does them, then we realize they are "merely difficult". My superpower is to enable individuals to "lead from any chair", and groups of people to work in effective teams, to achieve what seems impossible, but is merely difficult.
