I am a curious engineer who has always loved to learn how we can transform the World through our logical and complex thoughts, but real life has a long time amazed me how we can evolve from Nature’s unreasonable and simple behavior. Because of my persistence and interest to understand and play with contrary things - such as order and disorder, past and future, new and old - I look to some persons like more dissenting and crazy than expected, especially in Management 1.0 environments.
I live in a nice home surrounded by a piece of remaining tropical forest in southeast Brazil and my passions are to stay and travel with my wife and two daughters around anywhere at anytime, to enjoy outdoors - as sunny days on the beach or waterfalls to keep in contact with water (clearly our richest finite gift on earth) - and pleasant indoors too - as museums or social events to keep in contact with people (perhaps our best infinite chance on earth).
I am also lucky as I have never suffered from any severe trauma or illness and neither have to wait for a seat in a spacial trip to realize the value and uniqueness of our brief life on this tiny planet, therefore it seems to me nonsense not to manage them both in a healthy and sustainable way.
