- Having worked in the transformational space with individuals most of my life, I am stepping more and more into team and organizational environments. Asking questions of myself and others... what is the matrix that holds this way of operating together? How do we co-create new matrices that are fertile and productive, while serving the greatest good?
- Playing in the space between what is known and what is Mystery, I often feel like a hospice worker these days; holding an open space for the inevitable confusion that is arising everywhere as we leave behind the comfortable notion that we know who we are and what is possible.
