Me in Three
- I'm a coach, a facilitator, a trainer. I work mostly out of Italy for multinationals. My aim is to further individual and corporate development.
- My passions include: what makes people tick; aptitudes and talent; linking individual with corporate development. I love radical ideas and mavericks not for the sake of the "new" but for the sake of "relevancy".
- My pleasure lies in helping people develop according to their ideals, ideas, aptitudes and motivation. I believe in being curious rather than "right" and that excellence and fulfilment come from following one's natural motivations and stregnths.
