- I'm a wannabe 'evolutionary architect.' I've convinced myself that we can consciously evolve our organizations in ways that multiply their lasting contribution to the wellbeing of all life they impact. I want to see us well down that path during this lifetime.
- I'm passionate about 'chrysalis design' — co-creating the context (story and space) that supports organizational 'metamorphosis' at every stage in that grand transformational journey.
- I believe we were placed on this planet to participate as conscious co-creatives — to evolve our social forms in ways that approach the beauty and design elegance we find throughout the rest of nature.
