Me in Three
- We are truly "in over our heads" when it comes to facing the challenges of doing business in this era-of-high-stakes-everything. We have let go of the ancient formula of the single charismatic leader or small groups of elite leaders exhorting the rest of us to move, to act, to accomplish what needs to be done but lo, not to envision what is possible. This unique gift is reserved for the "special ones". I am an shaman, an intuitive, and a guide whose work is to help organizations develop a true presence of leadership. For the next 2 decades, my professional and personal aim is to assist key individuals, groups, communities and organizations whose commitment it is to live extra-ordinary ethical, environmental and social principles in daily practice as an expression of their emerging consciousness.
- I believe it is essential that we experiment and integrate what works for us from the many disciplines and modalities available to us today, both ancient and contemporary, to help us develop our evolving consciousness and attain our psychological maturity. I arose from out of the 1970s human potential movement to be a life-long student of ancient and contemporary transformation, especially The Enneagram in the Narrative Traditionâ„¢ and The Diamond Approachâ„¢.
- This is what I tell people who want to take a leadership role in life: Learn how to help a woman deliver her baby, then do it; Comfort a child when it is hurt or ill without props; Hold the hand of someone whose soul is passing. The next time a group starts to form an idea, don't just do something, be there. These are times that calls for one to be fully present in the moment. They also teach you how to "hold space" for an other, nurturing them each phase of their emergence. This is the presence of leadership. This is the leadership we need for our future to emerge, from those who have a stake in it, and will be the ones who bring it forth.
