- The only way I can work is through collaboration, true collaboration. The kind of context were all people are doing their best to achieve the best for the group/company,... and don't waste time to try to protect himself and your group and pinpoint others for problems mistakes.
- I really like music as a mean of communication. Everybody can communicate this way, it is not a musician only field, it is everybody field, chidren are excellent here. I was really impressed about the power of it in creating a group.
- I believe travelling and meeting people around the world makes the difference in your mindset. I suffer sometimes to be forced to stay in the office for too long, without having a look at the outside world. I don't believe that any kind of Virtual Reality can substitute travelling.
