The MiX has cultivated this impressive group of Mavericks--all pretty big names, and impressive management thinkers. But there's not really any mechanism for MiX-ers to leverage those Mavericks. Honestly, it almost seems like they are token names (who each have a few videos, and perhaps a blog post or two) on the site--but their interaction with the community is almost zilch. Not sure where this fits into the defined categories--but it seems like this is a pretty significant untapped resource.

Fair enough.
Let's "Engage the Mavericks"....trade off can bring some more insights to the able.As direct interaction : agreed.
