After 20 years of working in the Industry in which my first job was to make copies and my last the top executive position in the same company, I have gathered data from more than 300 managers I have worked with ending up with a methodology that when applied gives people a better position to achieve results in an effective, ethical and grounded manner.

4T6P comes from four tasks and six principles that when put together and applied with common sense give managers focus and better capabilities to understand the whys and not the whats at work. The four tasks and six principles are: 

4T Manage resources, Make decisions, Work smart and Achieve results

6P Customer is everything, Money matters, Work smart, Ethics and values payback, Keep yourself up to date, Manage risk and Kick the comfort zone.
