Three years ago I began to ask the question HOW? How do some organizations perform at elite levels year after year, while so many slog along in mediocrity? After interviewing key leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, and education, researching organizations as diverse as the New York Mafia and the Salvation Army, my conclusion is that high performing organizations approach leadership differently. They design systems of leadership, and then train every leader to its requirements.
I am passionate about mission centric organizations. These tend to be healthcare, nonprofits, government, social service agencies, etc. I love helping them and supporting them in their desire to be successful in the execution of their mission. The full name of my firm is: Praxis Solutions for Nonprofits.
My hobby is photography because I think it can tell a story that is best understood visually.
