If we want to have an organic organizations, we need to open our mind and change the formula from "we play to win" to "we win to keep playing." Winning then is seen only as a means to an end. Enjoy the game and improve your performance.

I entirely agree with the implied philosophy - Live for the journey and not the end. Focusing on the end perhaps causes the mind to seize and loose its way in the present time. The problem is that the mind truly enjoys dwelling on the end, for winning is a lovely image. How is one to control it? Besides, if the chips are down, and they often are, then it is difficult to enjoy the play. Control is conceivable on the individual level with practice. Steffi Graf has stated it was the secret of her many comebacks to win the game despite being down during it. But how to acieve it for a collective? Remember they will have to practice as a team.
