5. How organisation is helping the employee grow?
6. Feedback and the rewards given to the employee?

Employers need to engage their employees always and build their confidence. This makes people focus on work rather than think of their weakness. When you show more trust in them they tend to work harder for the organisation. Employees should always be engaged with work within their work groups, so that they can use their maximum power.
