Summary 

Organizations need a "0.0" solution (i.e. a minimum of IT support to their acrivities) within a "3.0" approach (i.e. a 0.0 support made in the right way), which is NOT what hype says about 1.0, or 2.0 (connect, contribute, create, choose, challenge: nice words, but let's be practical and do more and better, on the field), BUT the ability to self-define how to work (learn by doing and change the way activities are carried out as a consequence) and IMMEDIATELY go live ...shortly, make own work "plastic", and - before that - own thinking "coordinated and free" at the same time (connect, contribute, create, choose, challenge will follow nicely, as by-products).

First Steps 
YBN has been field tested long ago (see above), but not industrially implemented yet.
But any organization uses word processors (i.e. it has the experience of immediately printing a modified page), and possibly uses teams to design some innovation.
It just has to think how its activities might improve, with teams engaged in continuous redesign, provided with an IT tool which immediately makes their new designs live.
