History should have some answers

I would like to draw the attention of the readers towards a old socialist democratic culture for some inspiration. Lets look at the oldest surviving capitalists from India. We need not look very far ,if we glance the old surviving mom and pop businesses inthe old market places of India for e.g especially along the silk route in the Indian sub continent , one can see many examples of small businesses that have survived over 10s of generations successfully competing , creating value for its shareholders and it's pool of employees and not to forget their customers . Even today in a hi-tech fast moving world these businesses provide great value for their customers and enjoy an extremely strong customer loyalty despite the extreme competitive pressures of the new economy of India.If only could we too scale their level of excellence into the big corporations of our time and strike the delicte balance between profits,social responsibility,caring for the employees in a meaningful way with respect I would say we would be looking at the new revitalized sustainable capitalism surge into the future where you will soon be reading about the 200th and the 300th anniversary celebrations of most of the current day corporations where 100 years agewould seem like a young corporation.
