My company runs a BPO in a conflict zone. Days of strike and curfew have affected us so much that even some police stations have been closed for over 25 days Our centre closed only for 6 days.

How did we do it?
- Foster an inspiring environment: Listen to teams, talk to them
- Let them do what they want to: the only condition being they need to turn up
- When good ideas come: give it a direction quickly and raise the standards. Challenge the idea to promote further thinking process
