Summary
They ask you (O Muhammad ) what they should spend. Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for parents and kindred and orphans and Al-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarers, and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allah knows it well.

Nature can teach us much about how to be resilient and innovative. In much the same way, spirituality and the positive teachings of all religions can be excellent guides in helping us to shape a fair, tolerant and inclusive organizational culture that can impact the behavior of those within the organization, as well as the behaviors and perceptions of external stakeholders.

Surely, "spirituality and the positive teachings of all religions can be excellent guides" but when the guidence comes from the Allah, then there is no question about it being the best guide.
