It is important to make the changes so fun, so it is irresistible to avoid!

When an organization need to change to improve, to make the change success!!! never focus on what need or important  to be changed but always focus on what is FUN to change.

Human has two generic characters always coded in into her/his DNA: always looking for FUN and love FUN.

It is more important to make the changes FUN for all the stakeholders rather than make it important :)

I prove it through my 14 years of change management spartan.

When it is FUN, the changes running smoothly and automatically becoming important and returning significant positive value.

When I try to make it important, it easily becoming NOT FUN and returning with less positive value or event NOTHING!
