Microenvironment reconstruction

Without genetic modification we are not going to change the basic structure of the human brain, nor its basic behavioral working parameters.  However, organizational social microenvironments (the collection of social feedback systems constraining behavior) can be constituted such that they reward contribution rather than consumption - fundamental to producing the desired paradigm shift.
