I propose to develop a digital performance tool that would revolutionize the way we run the offices now. The central idea is to develop software that will be a digital history of a project. The digital history (like DVD of a football match) for every given project undertaken in an organization is christened “Task Tracker". Task tracker will automatically organize all the communication (emails, Phone) between the employees with regard to a specific task. Every task will have a blue print consisting of variables including a “Task value”, “Task priority level” and “Task goal”. Task tracker will collate this information and funnel them through a tracking processing algorithm to come up with a digital history of every task .The digital history will be in a lucid info graphic style and would be dynamic as well. The digital history can be viewed by the top management to get a big picture of the projects and sense the ground realities in the organization.

The organization will just need to submit the number of people that would involve in a specific project along with the heirarchy.
