How about an organizational struture where where no one person is in charge, there are no secrets, and structures allow leaders to naturally emerge. Thats what we are offering at Bettermeans and we are excited about this new management "hack" as this community so wonderfully calls it.

Bettermeans is launching its web app and is offering a new form of organization We will be launching Monday November 8th, and we want to tell this community about it early.

This is different than your average project management tool because it lets people work democratically. People can truly work as a team, voting on the work that needs to get done, estimating what it is worth, and conducting peer based compensation. Goodbye Boss man.
