Summary
I would love to study the effects of implementing an unlimited vacation days policy in different professional environments, from small businesses to mega corporations.
There are many different functions in business, and I believe certain functions can actually be enhanced by implementing such a policy, effectively increasing employee autonomy and satisfaction while maintaining, and dare I say, increasing, productivity.

We've been doing this for a year at Avema. It works great! We got the idea from reading about Netflix.

HubSpot in Cambridge, MA implemented this maybe a year ago. Their CEO, Brian Halligan, is also pretty vocal about the idea of a "post modern" workplace. Probably worth taking a look at if you haven't come across them before.
