Mixers : gear up !
Economy is passing through ages, maturing and adding layers.
Some fade away.Some piled up.Digital economy did tumble upside down accesses to emotion (music, movies, images...) as well as data.etc...see Episode 1...
Knowledge economy is trying to materialize.
It is time to innovate by mixing value parameters in Mix contributions
"Value Shifts" is a new serie with a common pattern, a scheme that is familiar for Mixers who took a chance to read other stories and hacks I proposed, with a call for co-operative production.
For episode 2, I propose the helicopter plunging trip, introducing the no comment
syndrom.
All about : how do you want to contribute, and get feed-back tomorrow ?starting today.
In a nutshell, episode 2 is about how much the Mixers can show the path to daring managers of the new kind.
And how big the value of investing time to add to the co-operative intelligence
Mix is a productive community. Quite diverse and counting many smart people.
Purpose is very well defined, and its manifesto is a Best in Class in terms of clarity and expectations;
I can find lots of posts of high interest and brain opener, or detailed testimonials with high value to my own needs.
Although, data show that the hackers and story tellers talent is higher (strictly quantitative) than the capacity to rebound and add to the content.
Clearly not a conversational social network, it is however a loss of value to end up with a very basic ratio of over 95% push mix, and over 95% individual, regardless of any topic and author, wiuth the exception of specific challenges and moments.
Our common problem is therefore quite plain simple : how to engage a growing number of Mixers to balance reading time and comments ?
Cross fertilization being already at work (it is easy to identify such effects as people rebounce with similar experiences), the next step is to : how to engage more miwers to...Mix.
Mix In co-production.
I propose 3 initial leads to jump start our shift :
1.Please jump in via the easiest way and demo : just comment this hack first.
Two words, one line, a full statement, do not be shy and do not censored yourself (within respect fo the Mix manifesto).
Your call.
2.I will integrate back up in the body text, at the appropriate place (additonal leads into the solution, challenges,steps), and extrapolate eventually ideas that I understand and feel comfortable to carry on.
You can even co-author directly if you find your own motivation to dare and dive in.
It can be again text, but also a picture, web captures or drawings, too as long as you give the credits to the author.
3.We will monitor different indicators to capture the change, if any;
We will demonstrate an application of the Value Shifting Doppler effect eventually.
Or illustrate the strength of resistance.
We can impact the ratio of interaction on all Mix dynamics, and take it to an upper sate of excitement.
We can contribute to establish new contribution loops. Some vortex stream as describe into Episode 1.
And rewards.
This can help to get out of some dead end costs comparison of today global economics.
And gives back hope and engagement to many, starting by some knowledge workers and dealers.
Something we could get addicted to.

Although most comments are thank you from attendees to a common event, posted in the very following days, with very low diversity (just facts...external comments to the circle do not top 10..)
3. Most spread and diverse community input rate : also the relevant to our analysis and stimulating ratio to myself is one about a 4 years back post, by By Mike Richardson Pioneering Agility Expert, Author, Speaker & Facilitator;
In the Driving Seat of Organizational Agility: translating strategy and execution into traction in turbulent times.
The ratio is 11-comments for 216 likes, but with very complete feed-back and proposals by a set of very diverse comments "donators".
Of course one can note that it is a common trend between educated people that 40% of the comments are replies from the author, that I consider totally in line with our purpose of co-operative intelligence, and should be kept and qualified as value creation of the shift curve phase 2.
Learning are that comments must be segregated and qualified between praises (always welcomed, dont get me wrong) and addition or curation to the content. (what brings value to the co-operative development of ideas and mixers, either active in posts and feed-backs or readers)
2010 and 2013 stories rankings are an illustration of some non obvious statement claimed by N Taleb in his anti-fragility concept, where even in modern times of speeding up innovation and media cycles, the predictable best sellers are the one already secured by past resilience, from years to centuries in the book industry as a typical example.
Progression in coming years of our top score from 2014 will tell us about the resilience and relevance of such a ending side of the curve data, also related to a local event.
Power of 2+, some square+ effect
Even a one step further interaction value and right on target with the Mix manifesto vision at work within the Story "real life" category.

This is my own favorite clear demo of the perfect alignment between the statements (unleashing human potential, power of co-creation and interest of R&D and metrics into the organization field) and generated outputs.
High value of both the info (quantity, details and ambitious topics) about a floor grounded experience aiming at building communities able to dream and look up and ahead.

Likely the most interesting room for improvement.
In this micro lab context : when any mixer is posting a Story, a hack, a barrier or a blog article, we collectively gain an asset of a certain and variable value.
To be evaluated by each of us, according to our own needs and starting point.

Benoit Mandelbrot, for the huge impact of his "The Fractalist ; Memoir of a scientific maverick" on daring abilities to claim a personal right to be wrong. And free to link nots between oranges and elephant bananas consumption statistical data, that some can call mental frauds.As long as being convinced it is a potential lead.
