Innovation = FUN!!!     But How?  Integrate the organization by linking each computer and employee into a video game via software.  The core functions of the business can be managed  via a video game type of format.  If the problem is acheiving ground breaking innovation in their product market, a video game can be created that challenges their employees to rethink the challanges, opportunities and possibilities available to them.  The integrated video game can be a tool to enhance the probability of innovation.  A video game software can be linked to an internal program that enables the player to control and perform a functional analysis in  core areas.  Financial Analysts can do boring spreadsheet work via playing a video game, where outcomes are linked to formulas or pivot table designs that are generated and controlled by the middleware program that links the video game to the spreadsheet.  These programs will essentially be drivers of the input that goes into the spreadsheet or alternative program that does the final analysis.
