Summary

Managers in similar roles in a number of companies—for instance, Brand Executives in three non-competing enterprises—would be working for six months in each of these companies by rotation. All participating companies and the employees would benefit from the best practices and the learning/experience.

Problem

For employers: Generic limitation coming out of working with a given set of talents
For employees: Limited opportunity of growth/learning in a single environment

Solution

Agreement among the participating companies on the modality of employee sharing and on a schedule of rotation for each pool employee
Signing of non-disclosure agreement and other standard code of conducts prior to whenever an employee begins to work in any of the companies
Establishing a detailed procedure of knowledge transfer and project handingover dockets

Practical Impact

For participating employers, this mechanism would allow them to benefit from availing mulitple individuals' talents and innovation power. (Imagine Steve Jobs or Larry Page touching up more than one industries with their unique way of thinking)
And, for pool employees, this would provide them with an opportunity to live in multiple environments and grow on
