Summary

In his career at the company, someone takes it in a regular way. The distance between one level to another level is also formulated in such a regular basis. Consideration of the company usually is in the length of a person serving in one certain position. So the popular technical term is periodic promotions, career officials, or a matrix of competencies and trainings. Today, everyone can improve their ability anytime: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through various sources that are abundant, rich, and even for free. Career-Map in this 21st century therefore must not be any longer limited by the length of service in certain positions except their proven abilities. Everyone is free to determine how long they will be in certain positions of their career journey in the company. There is no more regular promotions or rigid pattern of career development.
