Organisational health is the effectiveness of an organisation in various environments and how the organisation responds to “changes in circumstances” by mobilizing its human as well as organisational resources through strategic plans of actions for clarity of purpose, vision and shared values, adequate inter-personal and intra-personal communication, problem solving, autonomy for growth, innovativeness, creativity and achievement of organisational goals and objectives.
