Susan Cain has spoken about Introverts and the correlation between creativity, innovation, and leadership with introverts.  In a world where corporate leaders demand "butts in seats" in an open floor plan cubicle environment, a disruptive innovation would be to give office space (4 walls and a door) to employees based on introversion rather than positional leadership or hierarchy within the organization.
