Putting people first, technology, processes, standards etc. second. I believe in (enterprise) architecture concepts that support small, modular, flexible, simple challenges, that are human-centric and that can be renewed often and as easy as possbile by the end-users/consumers. No big designs up front. No built-to-last dinosaurs. No one-size-fits-all monsters. Distributed by nature. Centralized only when nothing else is possible. Localize what can be localized best. Not too much long term risc-avoiding plans. Learn by experience. Respect Taylor's Scientific Management for what is has brought society, but quickly help reinventing it since it didn't prevent us getting into crises.
My personal passion: I believe that collective intelligence and co-creation has enormous hidden powers for society. Science should take a look at spirituality and vice versa (both can learn from eachother). Fears are the dominant barrier for true innovation. If we are able to take away those fears, we can create a beautiful new world. And make it a more humorous one.
