- Adrian began his recruitment career over a decade ago and joined Astbury Marsden in 2002. His potential was soon recognised and he became a Partner, building and managing recruitment teams across both professional sectors and international territories. The growth of the divisions under Adrian's leadership was a key factor in the company's Virgin Fast Track Listings. Adrian exited Astbury Marsden six months after the MBO realising his equity by selling his shares back to the management at the MBO issue price.
