- Paul has an impressive recruitment background which includes time spent at Hays, Michael Page and Walker Hamill. A true entrepreneur, in 1995, at the age of 28, he founded Astbury Marsden and built an organisation which by 2006 was recognised as one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in the UK. Having structured the business for sale, he exited Astbury Marsden as the majority shareholder in a £17.5m MBO backed by NVM in July 2007 - at the top of the market.
