My passion is selling products and services and gets excited when I see that my customers can profit out of my services to them . I wish all my team members , right from the office boy to the top most man indulged in creating more and more customers and servicing them .

Many senior colleagues who distance juniors by inducing fear through owkward body language , who snubb people down from asking questions , who cause jittery in the subordinates are real enemies of the Organizations and I believe such people can't do any worthwhile contribution however intelligent they are , unless his task is confined to himself
