- Hi. I am founder, chief guide and president of Germane Consulting - an organization development and leadership coaching firm, where we believe soul can and should be engaged in work. I GUIDE, COACH, CAJOLE, LEAD, CHALLENGE, ENTICE and sometimes PUSH leaders to the intersection of high achievement, high reward and high fulfillment. I also ADVANCE WOMEN LEADERS who commit to pay it forward. AND I believe people should bring their souls to work.
- I am helplessly and at times hopelessly driven to change the way the game of business is played. In the U.S. business is the a key lever for social and cultural change - combining a sense of urgency with vast resources.I have tried to step away but my heart and soul draw me back over and over despite at times the lament of my rational brain. The change? Corporations that invite the soul at work. Women are critical to making this change happen, not because they are better leaders than men but because what they bring has been missing. Add it to the mix, and it's like yeast to the flour. We all rise. My husband, Robert Perschel, is an environmental scientist who led the Northern Forest Alliance to achieve a vision that preserves the largest contiguous track of forest in the greater New England Area. And yes, I am very proud of him for working with passion for the love of nature.
