- I've been fortunate to be at the nexus of innovation and knowledge management with 3M for four decades. I'm dedicated to helping 3M and its customers thrive and grow through the application of these powerful methodologies.
- So much to learn and do, so little time! I love flying (Private Pilot, working on Instrument Rating), wildlife and the great outdoors (except for the deer eating our hosta), quality time with my wife and daughter, and traveling the world.
- Your college degree is first and foremost a license to learn. Keep learning! Your cheese is moving. Listen more, talk less. I guess I'm mid-career now! What's next? I'm looking forward to it! Pay attention to the really important things in life (it's not your career)!
