- I try to incorporate in a business (and private) decision as broadly as ever possible all aspects from hard economic and scientific facts to social feelings born in centuries' history.
- Be acribic in all ten (or so) dimensions of business plans, then new businesses may flourish. Operations is key in order to generate satisfied customers.
- Get rid of yourself - or more precisely, when I create something new, I make sure that it does not depend on me; all processes must work flawlessly when I am gone... and have left for new shores.
