- Institutionalize a Quality Government (Q-Government), to start with, inside the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) at Zambales, Philippines. We are the first government office to create a TQM functional unit or department. Now we are advocating the creation of a TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) COMMISSION under the Office of the President of the Philippines to institutionalize a Quality Government or Q-Government.
- I do regular meditation and tai chi. I am a vegetarian, organic farmer and love teaching.
