Me in Three
My three management books (www.UnManagement.com) are based on our innate human drives rather than traditional mechanistic approaches. Hence, my writing and teaching are founded on anthropology, evolutionary psychology and neuroscience. I’ve also written a historically grounded book dealing with my personal experiences during and after WW II in Europe (www.cominghomethebook.com).
My favorite pastimes are reading a good science book and hiking with our two dogs. Sweaty jogs also help me clear my mind.
I study history and science carefully. The reason for that to me is quite simple. One shows us where we’ve been and the behaviors that helped us best to survive in the long-run. The other gives us realistic options to pursue for attaining a brighter future.
