- I'm a gardener of people. I love to water and feed the people who will make my organization grow. I live to nurture my own growth too, through reading, watching, listening and experiencing great thoughts, ideas, people and work.
- I thrive in changing environments and look at the world as if I am a National Geographic reporter/photographer, endlessly fascinted by the differences of people and places that make up our world.
- I try to live my life spontaneously, following Yogi Berra's sage advice: "When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
