Me in Three
- I'm a leadership and life coach whose passion is seeing people have a-ha moments from simply asking the right question. I most love to work with people who feel stuck in some way but are so ready to do the hard work to get the life the want and deserve. I am energized by people who are tenacious, creative, hard working and perhaps have "battle scars" but have risen above the challenges to create the future desire.
- Living in the heart of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virgina, I love the outdoors, fitness. And, yes....reality tv. (Don't hold that against me....it's my pyschology background that is fascinated with human behavior!) An ideal day is a workout in the morning, followed by interactions with great people in the business world who are seeking their best life and want my help to get it. After work, a great meal on the back porch looking at the Blue Ridge mountains and time with the pets and family.
- Those that know me well, know that I love quotes, proverbs and one liners that inspire, motivate and help one think deeper or differently. At this point in my life, I am particularly fond of a quote that I have pinned up in my office whicch states "Great people were not born great. They become great by making a decision to pursue their dream in life and refusing to give up. The struggle we must all face on road to our dreams is what makes us great. Ordinary people can become extraordinary if they dedicate their livesto the pursuit of their dreams." So, what's your dream?
