Me in Three
- Working on how to develop values based cultures. I believe that principle and ethical based leadership, linked to concepts of servitude linked to the specific guidance of appropriate behaviour is possible. I think that in every aspect of modern corporate life and our secular and spiritual lives we currently miss leadership.
- We must think of ourselves as leaders in every aspects of our lives. We cannot be truly one thing in one place and another in a different situation. We all need privacy and we all have a 'public face', however trust is earned and certainty gained when we can be consistent across our boundaries.
- I think that we can learn more from our immediate neighbours and those that we encounter than travelling around the world or doing great feats. In our personal 'Hero's Journey', we learn that humility is everything, it leaves us open to the possibilities in others. We must dedicate to this for us all to win surely. Thus 'I have no goal than the goal of this community, I have no wins other than the wins of this this community, I cannot flourish or success unless this community and my neighbours also are safe. The worth of my community is measured by the quality of life of it's 'poorest' member.
