- Fascinated with organizations, how they work (or not); why they succeed and why they fail. I come from a long line of managers on both sides of the family that I have traced back to the early 18th Century. This is my mission and my destiny...
- I am a metaphor freak but not in casual way. I push them hard and discipline them severely; only then do they give of their very best!
- I am student of golf. I practice when I can and like to play the game when I get any time. I view it as akin to a martial art - it's all about training the mind by training the body! Call me passionate and intense (but with a great sense of irony and humour)
