- I am a business start up junkie. I love energising visions and building teams who can move fast and act with integrity and clarity of purpose. I love the mechanics of business growth and I love the energy and inspiration of agile businesses.
- Sailing is my passion. Intelligent conversation about the meaning of life and where we are all going. Respect for differences and being a life sponge to soak up other people's viewpoints and expand my own learnings. Kindness and empathy are hugely important - everyone has a story.
- There is nothing like watching the sun go down and listening to the curlews. My mantra's ... be yourself, drop the shackles of other people's thoughts and .... well this works well on the boat but it may not translate in a business sense but ... if you think it - do it!
